The positive opinions of co-workers and supervisors is always essential to a productive workplace environment. Below is a sampling of some recent comments from co-workers and supervisors. I hope these will assist you in forming an opinion of my work ethic.
Bonnie Rosenberger, Executive Officer, Realtors Association Of Ci1rus
County, Inc., Lecanto, Florida
Dave Kaiser joined the RealtorsŪ Association of Citrus County in
September 2005. After Dave went through orientation that was required to
become a RealtorŪ, he approached me and offered to assist the association's
public relations committee. I was ecstatic when I learned of his extensive
writing publication experience, and that he was volunteering his services.
The association's monthly newsletter needed a lift so Dave immediately went
to work revamping the newsletter. Each month Dave would attend the monthly
meetings and special events and write articles for our newsletter. After
assembling the association information, I would forward it to Dave and he
would work very diligently to complete the newsletter in a timely matter.
The first month the newsletter was published with the new "look" and ease of
reading, the association received numerous compliments on the publication.
Dave has been a true asset to our association and he will be missed by all.
I would highly recommend Dave for a job in the publishing industry. (copy

Ali H. Al-Twairqi, Director General, Private Office of H.E. the Minister, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources
"Several years ago I enjoyed having Dave as an employee, he worked directly for me, coordinating writing assignments for staff writers and freelance writers, and at the same time he also wrote and edited feature and news items for The Arabian Sun. During my tenure, on numerous occasions, I asked Dave to redesign the newspaper, doing numerous page layouts and designs each week. He was very professional, a hard worker and willing to make changes in the newspaper on an instant's notice without complaint in order to make sure that the finished product was up to my standards. I would fully recommend Dave's capabilities as a writer, editor and a valued employee." (copy of recommendation letter)

Fuad F. Therman, General Supervisor, English and Arabic Publications Department
"Kaiser held numerous editing and reporting responsibilities since he joined our company in 1989 as editor of The Arabian Sun, a weekly English-language newspaper read by more than 30,000 residents working across Saudi Arabia .. for more than 10 years he has been responsible for the entire preparation of this publication: researching and writing news and feature stories, making photo assignments, editing, layout, design and even proofreading and pre-press control … he has been responsible for three or four design changes, and took this newspaper from its initial black-and-white format, to a four-color slick newspaper design … I recommend Kaiser's professional talents as a reporter and editor."

Robert W. Lebling, Supervisor, English Publications Unit
"During the Gulf War, when Kaiser's entire staff left the country (Saudi Arabia), he single-handedly continued to publish regular weekly issues of this newspaper for three months, until an employee could be recruited to come and join his staff … "

Al Crittenden, President and CEO, Crittenden News Service, Novato, California
"You were born with the god-given talents to start up new newsletters. You have an amazingly quick and agile mind that responds to new knowledge and new issues. You adjust quickly to new stimuli. You also have a great BS detector. You know the tricks of the trade and can spot when somebody is pulling one. . . . Hiring you (or rehiring you) as Managing Editor of New Newsletters was one of the smartest moves I've made."

William R. Roof, Publisher, Crittenden News Service, Inc. Novato, California
"From the first day, Dave never ceased to amaze me with his energy, organizational skills and his ability to hit reporting projects dead on. He never failed to tackle every task with confidence and enthusiasm. Dave launched Retail Space News in just under two weeks - most launches require six weeks. Before long, Dave clearly demonstrated his capacity for a huge quantity of work having gotten several issues ahead of deadline. Dave also revealed his ability to trouble-shoot problems ranging from formulating solutions to interview difficulties to redesigning the entire editorial department. Dave developed and integrated into the company's operation a pooled reporter concept -- the result was a healthy improvement in the efficiency and impact of the reporting."

Talal K. Hafiz, Executive Vice President, Saudi Research and Marketing, Houston, Texas
"Kaiser is a very hard-working, responsible individual who contributed much to Saudi Research & Marketing during his tenure with the company. In addition to his editorial responsibilities, he also worked as a photographer and assisted with layout in the production department."

Robert M. Hoffman, President, Hoffman Publications Inc., Fort Lauderdale, Florida
"There are three traits of yours that particularly stand out in my mind: You are extremely conscientious and never minded hard work. You always seemed to be the first one in the office and did not hesitate to work nights and weekends when it was necessary. You had a very good command of your field, knew what was going on . . . or should be going on . . . and how to get the story. You had excellent rapport with and command of your troops. You got excellent work out of freelance correspondents."

Eddie Keelan, President, Greyhound Racing Record, North Miami, Florida
"As editor and publisher, Dave took over the management and all publishing duties for the magazine (the Greyhound Racing Record) and gave it a real face-lift, changing it from a 'rag' to a slick four-color magazine with appealing and modern layout and design. At the same time, while improving the appearance of the magazine, he also made dramatic cuts in the office expenses and production costs for the magazine and at the same time upgraded the editorial product, writing several of his own features each month."

Steve Sawyer, Supervisor, English Publications Unit
"Kaiser is a hard worker, very effectively sustaining the established high quality of the Journal of Technology while seeking ways to constantly improve it. Tends to the detail work and operates under a good system of meeting deadlines. Is flexible when needed, open to suggestions. He maintains a good working relationship with highly educated, motivated individuals of many disciplines (scientists, engineers, etc.). Accepts extra work when required on occasion, yet keeps to regular schedule. Is a solid performer in every way."

Sam Adlouni, Supervisor, Saudi Aramco Electronic Messaging Group
"I have read your Viewpoint on urban legends and would like to thank you for your initiatives and the important message you are trying to convey. I believe that being in such a dynamic environment where information access has become instant to many of us, it is time to learn, manage and teach others of utilizing this technology to our employees and thus benefiting the company by keeping in mind e-mail etiquette that we all should exercise. I am emailing this article to our 60,000 employees that have access to the corporate messaging system."
